Made to order and completely customizable
Designed to hang or stick on the front of a dog kennel. 
Made with layered acrylic cut with laser, bonded with acrylic cement. Names are etched and painted in with our your choice of ink colors. 
Waterproof and durable

Tags measure at the widest point in inches. 

Hardware options: 
1. Swivel Clip. Easily attach to most kennel doors. Includes two holes in the designs base plate for hanging.  
2. Chain. Perfect to hang on kennel door or other. Includes two holes in the designs base plate for hanging. 
3. Sticker Back. Sticker back made with nano tape adheres to any smooth surface. This open does not include additional holes for hanging. 
4. Magnet & Plate: Includes an adhesive metal plate to adhere to any smooth surface. Tag itself has magnets to attach to the metal plate for easy removal. Great option for those that switch kennels frequently. This open does not include additional holes for hanging.

Shortly after you place your order you will receive an email from the seller with the following form. Please fill out the following information and send it back as soon as possible.

Orders that do not have any follow up information will be given a 2 week grace period. After the 2 week period the order with be CANCELLED if no further information is received.

FAQ:

“Can you make other breeds?” 
Yes I can! Most of my decal silhouettes can be made into acrylic tags. If I do not have your breed, I can create a silhouette design. 

“How durable are these tags?” 
The tags are water and weather resistant. They will survive bumps and drops, however, blunt force and deliberate pulling my crack them. 
Acrylic is doubled layered for added durability. 

“Can you add my own dogs Silhouette to my tag?” 
Absolutely! I can design a silhouette from most reference photos provided.
